Closing Help Requests

Moderator role types and Admin role types can close help requests. It is recommended to close out a help request as soon as you've helped the user.

/close ConnectionId Reason

Connection Id's can be found in the footer of the help request embed or in the logging channel when the help request was created! The reason will be shown in the close log.
